THE 'ADVANTAGES' OF SOY - HIDDEN FACTS

The materials that are not exposed to public:

Phytoestrogen

This is one of the materials produced by soy plants that is almost similar to the estrogen  hormone to humans. This content may increase the risk of breast cancer, ovary cancer and womb cancer for women and will depress the production of testosterone hormones for men that can reduce the masculinity of that certain person.

Phytic Acid

This material is a complex myo-inositol and phosphate. This material blocks the absorption of essential minerals that are divalent ions such as Fe2+ (for blood), Zn2+ (for brain and reproduction system), Mg2+ (for release of energy from carbohydrates), Ca2+ (for bone formation and strong teeth). Some said that a pregnant women who drink soy bean milk will potentially get a child with a fair and smooth but vulnerable skin, and also bad eyesight due to the phytic acid which blocks the absorption of essential minerals into the mother's body, then transfers into the foetus in the womb.

Antibiotic

A lot of soy sold in the market are GMO (Genetically Modified Organism) which contains antibitic-resistant genes. Thus in the selection of soy tree, antibiotics are applied to the soy to select the ones with antibiotic genes. The antibiotic residue may cause allergen response to the soy consumers.

Hopefully everyone of you can share this info to others for the sake of a healthy life. :)

Assalamualaikum w.b.t.
